we didn't know what a Duomo was,
we had no idea The Last Supper was even in Milan.
we weren't aware that the first Prada shop opened in Milan, but that is probably the least surprising fact we learnt.
but then again, that's the point of travelling, isn't it? =P

1 thing we did know about Milan was that it is the fashion capital of the world. which we cared very little about.
well.. i didn't, anyway

1 thing that has captivated me in this trip is the extent of street graffiti.

we stayed in Milan's Chinatown, so that was interesting. =) we even got to have chinese dinner on 1 of the nights.
and Milan just had a general election. the only difference is that instead of 4 corner fights, they have..... 18 corner fights

must be a challenge even remembering the names of the 18 candidates or what they stood for.
the guide during the walking tour told us about this interesting tradition in Milan of "crushing the bull's testicles" for good luck.
so if you want good luck, you have to put ur heel on the bull's testicles and spin 3 rounds. =P

we didn't get to sit on 1 tho, because tickets are not sold on board. you can only buy them at the main stations, so that was quite silly.
that's our 4D3N Milan trip!
Madrid's next in April...
but more excitingly is the OLD TRAFFORD VISIT THIS SUNDAY!!!!!!!! =D
was finally successful in balloting for tickets after 3 tries! =)
let's hope i bring them luck!!!! and VICTORY!!
